The hotel was excellent, enjoyed city view from our apartment. Also, location was great and awesome, not too far from Uruguay Park. This venue was in a pretty nice area close enough to grocery stores, restaurants at Manuel Montt, and many shops and restaurants.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The hotel had a great and favourable location to restaurants at Manuel Montt. Stopped by Canela to get some coffee and treats, it's a short walk to the venue, recommend...

This hotel is such a great find! Firstly, the location is fantastic - situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from the metro. It truly feels like a home away from home, with the added bonus of a great view of the city. The newly renovated rooms are clean, spacious, and come with a convenient kitchenette. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast is included? Such a nice touch!
No complaints at all, everything was absolutely fine.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel! First of all, the location was ideal. Situated in a residential neighborhood, it was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to the lively Bellavista neighborhood with its bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is newly renovated and clean, and my room even had a kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing simple meals. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, adding to the overall value for money.
The only thing that could be improved is the noise level from other guests. While I understand that neighbors can be loud sometimes, it would be great if the hotel could address this issue to ensure a quieter stay for everyone.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

This hotel is great value for money, with newly renovated and clean rooms. The kitchenette is a nice touch, and having breakfast included is a bonus. The location is perfect - it's in a good neighborhood, near the lively Bellavista area with its bars and restaurants, yet it's also quiet and in a residential area.
Only one minor issue - some improvement could be made in the area of international phone calls.
